Lead, mentor, and elevate care in a boutique private practice focused on one on one treatment and clinical excellence. This role combines patient care with leadership, mentorship, and program development. You will help shape a growing team while delivering high quality pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy.
At Fusion Wellness and Femina Physical Therapy, we are known for high touch, individualized care in a collaborative, supportive environment. We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor who is passionate about both exceptional patient outcomes and developing clinicians.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver excellent patient care in pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy
• Provide mentorship and clinical development for staff
• Conduct regular one on one mentoring sessions
• Support case review and clinical reasoning development
• Assist clinicians with complex patient management
• Supervise, coach, and motivate physical therapists and support staff
• Foster collaborative learning through in services and discussion
• Maintain high standards in documentation, outcomes, and evidence based care
• Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluations
• Improve clinic systems, organization, and workflow
• Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and program development
• Deliver excellent patient care in pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy

Required Qualifications
• Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, licensed or eligible in California
• Strong background in pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Advanced clinical reasoning and ability to manage complex cases
• Highly organized with strong accountability
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing clinicians
• Passion for patient centered, one on one care
• Doctor of Physical Therapy, DPT, licensed or eligible in California
• Strong background in pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Advanced clinical reasoning and ability to manage complex cases
• Highly organized with strong accountability
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or developing clinicians

Preferred Qualifications
• Prior clinical leadership or supervisory experience
• Advanced pelvic health training, APTA, Herman and Wallace, or equivalent
• Ability to balance clinical care and leadership responsibilities
• Strong emotional intelligence and team communication skills
• Comfort providing clear, constructive feedback
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• Familiarity with private practice metrics, patient experience, retention, outcomes
• Interest in program development, education, or community outreach
• Prior clinical leadership or supervisory experience
